We do not collect sensitive information such as health, financial or government ID information through this website, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
We only use your information for the purpose we collected it for, unless you consent to another use or the law allows it. We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information only with suppliers who need it to provide their service to us. Each one may use it only for that purpose.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a court order, or to a buyer if our business is sold, in which case your information remains protected by this policy.
Our servers and several of our suppliers are located outside Quebec. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Quebec. Before any such transfer, we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection, taking into account its sensitivity, the purpose of the transfer, the protection measures in place and the legal framework where it will be held. We use suppliers whose terms require them to protect it.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, then we securely destroy or anonymize it.

To exercise any of these rights, write to our Privacy Officer at privacyofficer@perpetualsolution.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will answer within 30 days, free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
We protect your information with measures suited to its sensitivity: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, files such as CVs and quotes stored outside the public part of our website, and spam and abuse protection on our forms.
No system is completely secure. If a confidentiality incident occurs, we record it in our incident register, take steps to reduce the risk of harm, and, if there is a risk of serious injury, promptly notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people affected.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on our website before it takes effect.
